If your child is struggling with any of these warning signs, you

  • __ They are defiant, oppositional, and/or rebellious.
  • __ They have an inability or unwillingness to manage their anger appropriately.
  • __ They are disrespectful of parents and/or other authority figures.
  • __ They do not take responsibility for poor decision-making.
  • __ They choose to associate with negative peers.
  • __ They are underachieving and/or are having behavioral problems in school.
  • __ They seem depressed, anxious, or are dealing with other internal struggles.
  • __ You suspect that they have used drugs and/or alcohol.
  • __ They are secretive, dishonest, and/or covert operators.
  • __ They display a growing disdain for members of the family.
  • __ They display low self-esteem and/or a poor attention span.
  • __ They do not seem to care about the feelings of others (especially their parents)

Promise Village School for Boys provides troubled teens with teen counseling and adolescent therapy. Our therapeutic residential schools serve Texas, California, Oregon and Washington on the West Coast and Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Nevada in the Southwest. In the southern and central states we serve teens in Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, Louisiana, and Mississippi, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois and in the northern states Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Idaho in the north, and along the east coast from Georgia to Florida, Virginia, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Teens are students at the Promise Village boarding school from the U.S. and North America and the Midwest Great Lakes region.
